PAPPO is the alma mater and one of the founders of the mystique that has been consolidating at La Roca for ten years now. Throughout this decade, the most renowned rock and blues artists, both local and international, have visited and experimented this unique space. Also Magic Slim, Lurrie Bell, Chris Cain, James Brown’s musicians, Joss Stone, Jimmy Rip, Mud Morganfield ( son of notorious Muddy Waters ), Tail Dragger, Fred Wesley & The New JB’s, James Cotton, Lurrie Bell, Kenny Neal, Rick Estrin & The Nightcats, Vasti Jackson, Tony Coleman (BB King’s drummer ), Slam Allen, among others.
